JIMMY
Dillon is a beautiful retired carriage horse. He is very lovable and sweet tempered. Dillon is nineteen years old and came to the rescue three years ago. While he was adopted approximately 1 ½ years ago, his new owner voluntarily surrendered him when it was determined he was not rideable. His years as a carriage horse finally caught up with him and he was diagnosed with chronic arthritis. Daily joint medicine helps, but he is living out his life as a permanent resident of the rescue.
This morning we heard from Jimmy, one of the two mini donkies at the rescue. He says thank you to all who have adopted him, and wants you to know he is doing well, still staying with Jenny all the time and making those wonderful braying sounds very often.
