Missy arrived at the Rescue as an owner surrender in 2017. She was adopted out in 2018 with Dusty, but in 2021, they returned to the Rescue when their owner couldn't care for them. Missy is a high-spirited, sweet girl who loves attention from all the volunteers. She and Dusty are bonded so she gets to spend the rest of her life at the best place on earth Central Pa Horse Rescue!
